This is an IGO-540-A1A 37 hours SMOH in 1997.  All accessories except propeller, govenor and exhaust.

The engine is in excellent condition and has been stored in our shop since it was purchased.  This engine was intended for a new experimental engine application that we have since decided not to pursue. 

This engine was removed from Pilatus Porter.

This engine is being sold As Is and is subject to the terms of our standard used parts terms as follows:

McHugh Aviation, Inc.'s liability for any part shall be limited to refund of purchase price, provided that BUYER notifies SELLER within 10 days of receipt of part by BUYER, further provided that the part has not been installed, altered, or otherwise modified.  Refund shall be made upon receipt of the part by SELLER, returned at BUYER's expense.

For any part specified on this invoice as manufactured by anyone other than SELLER, BUYER shall look solely to the designated manufacture rather than to SELLER, and SELLER shall have no warranty or other liability obligation.

SELLER's liability and warranty shall be limited to the conditions described above, and no other warranty shall apply.

SELLER shall not be responsible for any losses experienced by BUYER or any persons claiming thereunder other than as specified herein.
