Henry Ruzakowski and and
Brian VanWagnen are compiling data on the results
of inspections on Hartzell X, V series propellers, in order to petition
the FAA to provide relief on the repetitive inspection requirements. Brian has met with the FAA and was told that if he could provide data that
shows that these propellers were holding up well during the repetitive
inspections, they would increase the interval between repetitive
inspections.
Please download and fill out the form they have provided, and mail a
paper copy of it, along with copies of yellow tags & invoices you
may have to the address provided on the form. Brian will be collecting the data and
sending it to the FAA in written form.
